The 2025 Conclave’s Vision: Externalization, a “New World Religion,” and Global Transformation
All this brings us to 2025, which Bailey’s followers regard as perhaps the most momentous conclave since the very start of this cycle in 1425. What do New Age sources expect to come out of the Great Assembly of the Luciferian Peacock Serpent Hierarchy in 2025? In a word: the launching of the Luciferian New Age proper, the long-awaited transition into a new era of spiritual civilization.
- Scheduling the Externalization & the Anti-Christ’s Appearance: The top item on the 2025 agenda is, by all accounts, to determine the exact timetable for the Externalization of the Hierarchy and the Appearance of the Anti-Christ. As noted, Bailey said “in all probability” the date for the first stage of externalization will be set at this meeting. That means the Masters will decide when they will begin to publicly emerge from the shadows. For decades, Bailey’s groups (such as Lucis Trust and World Goodwill) have been preparing the public to accept the idea of enlightened masters guiding world affairs. After 2025, we may see increased claims of encounters with “ascended masters”, more channeling of their teachings, or even some individuals stepping forward openly as representatives of the Luciferian Hierarchy. The ultimate figure to externalize, of course, is the Luciferian Peacock Serpent “Anti-Christ”, Sanat Kumara – the New Age messianic leader. Bailey taught that the Anti-Christ will reappear when humanity is ready to be taught a new revelation. The 2025 conclave will assess whether humanity is prepared, and if so, they might set in motion the countdown to the Anti-Christ’s appearance. “How humanity responds… will have some bearing on the timing of the reappearance of the (Anti) Christ,” writes Spiritual Perspectives, “When humanity demonstrates readiness… the (Anti) Christ will return to bring the next stage of initiatory teaching.”. In other words, if by the late 2020s or 2030s we respond well to the energies released in 2025 – showing enough goodwill, unity, and Luciferian “spiritual receptivity” – the Luciferian Hierarchy could green-light their World Teacher to make his entrance. This new teaching he will bring is hinted to concern the “Will-to-Good”, a powerful creative force, but it can only be introduced once humanity has
“sufficient purity of motive” to use it rightly. The Aquarian Age is beginning (by some astrological calculations, the Age of Aquarius dawns in the 2020s), and the hope is that 2025’s decisions will usher in “new patterns of living” and “a civilization and culture utterly different from anything hitherto known.”. It is an ambitious vision of a spiritual and social renaissance – essentially the formal birth of the Luciferian New Age. - Evaluating Humanity’s Readiness – Crisis and Opportunity: The Luciferians say that the Hierarchy will be scrutinizing current world conditions closely to decide how to proceed. Are we on track toward unity and higher consciousness, or still mired in separatism? The Luciferian Spiritual Perspectives writers posed a series of questions that likely mirror the Hierarchy’s concerns going into 2025 (Strong Delusions): How are we handling climate change and environmental threats? Can we resolve ongoing wars and uphold people’s right to self-determination, or will tyranny spread? What do the pivotal elections in 2024 (when nearly half the world’s population voted in various national elections) signal about the state of democracy and human values? Will technology and AI be harnessed for human good, or become tools of exploitation? Can we bridge the gaping wealth inequality and eliminate extreme poverty? These pragmatic questions show that the Luciferian occult plan isn’t just mystical witchcraft and sorcery—it also gives the illusion of having very concrete social implications. The Luciferian Masters will “deliberate on a number of issues regarding Humanity’s readiness for its next evolutionary change in consciousness, and how well it has responded thus far to the Will of Shamballa and Hierarchy”. In short, 2025 is seen as a time of judgment on humanity’s progress: Have we learned the lessons of the last 100 years? Are we ready for the next leap? If not, the Luciferian Hierarchy says it may have to adjust the Plan (perhaps delay externalization or take stronger action to increase catastrophe?). If yes, we could move rapidly into what they call “the Era of the Forerunner” becoming “the Era of the Externalising Ones.”
